Refund Policy

I take great pride in my work and want you to love what you receive. Because my ceramics and artwork are handmade, slight variations in color, texture, and form are part of their unique character.

If your order arrives damaged or isn’t what you expected, please contact me within 15 days of delivery so we can make it right—whether through a replacement, exchange, or refund when applicable.

 

For workshops, I require at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations, as it’s often not possible to fill a spot on short notice. A full refund will be issued for cancellations made with 48-hour notice. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice are non-refundable, but you may transfer your spot to a friend or apply the payment toward a future workshop (if space allows).
