What are the shipping options?
At this point in time Lindsey Nicole Design Studio is only able to offer USPS delivery, this usually takes 3-5 days after payment and packagaing has been processed. Shipping will only take place on weekdays and not on the weekends.
What do I do if I received a damaged or defective order?
I take great care in the packaging of orders, but if you do receive a damaged product (because we know the post office isn't always careful) I ask that you contact me immediately with pictures of the damage. After assessing the item, we can jointly decide upon a return or replacement. In the case of a needing a return, the item will need to be shipped back and your return will be processed immediately.
How do I contact your company if my question isn’t answered here?
The most easiest and effecient way to contact is is through email (firstname.lastname@example.org), where I aim to reply back within 48 hours.
How do I place a custom order?
If you'd like to place a custom order, whether it be for a painting, tumbler or candle, please fill out the contact form on the home page and send me as many details about your request as possible. I'll get back to you promptly with any additional questions I need to complete your request.
