What are the shipping options?


At this point in time Lindsey Nicole Design Studio is only able to offer USPS delivery, this usually takes 3-5 days after payment and packagaing has been processed. Shipping will only take place on weekdays and not on the weekends.




What do I do if I received a damaged or defective order?


I take great care in the packaging of orders, but if you do receive a damaged product (because we know the post office isn't always careful) I ask that you contact me immediately with pictures of the damage. After assessing the item, we can jointly decide upon a return or replacement. In the case of a needing a return, the item will need to be shipped back and your return will be processed immediately. I take pride in my work and want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not. You can return a product for up to 15 days from the date you purchased it.

How do I place a custom order?


If you'd like to place a custom order, whether it be for a painting, tumbler or candle, please fill out the contact form on the home page and send me as many details about your request as possible. I'll get back to you promptly with any additional questions I need to complete your request.
