Even before receiving my Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design and studying Fine Arts in Florence, Italy, my work has been a search for the best way to interpret ideas I have, as well as finding calm among the chaos. Life is often a series of watching storms come in and art, in any form, brings shelter. I do not limit myself to one medium, style, or concept. Inspiration and ideas change. Knowledge changes.

 

The driving force behind my work in portraits is an enduring interest in expressions; particularly the eyes. A person’s eyes can tell us so much without needing to see the entirety of the face. As for my landscape pieces, I strive to remember the calm and joy of places I’ve visited, and further interpret those feelings into new projects.

 

I will forever be searching for my next project, challenge and adventure.
